20 seconds of fight.

This workout concept will allow you to perform each exercise in 20 second bursts, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat for several rounds! This offers us the ability to improve our cardiovascular system and build muscle through rapid tension.

30 seconds of sweat.

These 30 second interval workouts move at a furious pace to get your heart beating and calories burning. If you like jumping to one exercise to another exercise quickly then this a workout series I know you will enjoy!

45 seconds of effort.

These workouts will take us through different kickboxing, bodyweight, and cardio exercises for a duration of 45 seconds each.

Winning Time.

Executing the 2 minute drill in my sport of football can mean the difference between winning and losing, so we’re going to focus on proper execution with great effort across each exercise to burn calories, squeeze out lots of sweat and win the workout.

Get It And Go.

This fan favorite focuses on tightening the body and delivering results as we execute our progression in intervals of 5 - 10 - 15. This is a great choice for people that enjoy a quick change of pace throughout their workout.

Ready. Set. Seven.

This cross-fit inspired workout uses multiples of 7’s as we execute sets of 7 - 14 - 21 repetition ranges to get shredded. This workout is fun and each circuit is quick so the workouts will never feel boring or redundant.

Perfect Ten.

Everyone wants to feel like a Dime Piece. This workout is built around sets of 10 reps each to promote lots of fat burn and lean muscle development.

The Slimdown Countdown.

This whole body workout incorporates various exercises to target multiple muscle groups and burn calories. We’ll fire out of the gate with 10 reps for each exercise in the circuit, then 9 reps for each exercise, then 8 reps for each exercise, until you drop it all the way down to only 1 rep for each exercise in the circuit. Can’t wait to see how you drop it like it’s hot!

Workouts should never be too complicated to follow along with. K.I.S.S.(Keep it simple silly) is a workout concept that is simple to execute because every exercise will use the same amount of repetitions, so you don’t have to worry about counting reps and can devote 100% of your focus to getting the most out of each rep.
