March Madness Weight-loss Challenge


What?: A fun weight-loss/healthy living challenge consisting of 2 teams. Coach Terrance and his Wife Sabrina will be the team captains. We will conduct a draft and pick teams.

Who?: Anyone who likes competition, needs some additional motivation and accountability, and or would like to lose some weight. Even if you don’t need to lose weight, you are able to participate and enjoy the fun.

How?: The winning team will be determined by the total points between the two teams. There are many ways you can earn points and we will offer different bonus points every week to challenge you.

For Example: If you lose a pound for the week that will earn a point. You must take 4 total pictures of different healthy foods from the week to earn a point. You must walk , jog, or run a total of 7 miles total for the week to earn a point (only outside walks or treadmill count, not bikes or elliptical).

Where?: The contest will be held via private Facebook group, with weekly pictures sent to specified email.

When? This challenge is for 3 weeks.

Begins: You must send your starting weight picture by Friday March 2nd at 11:59pm. Challenge begins Sunday March 4th.

Ends: March 25, 12am midnight.
