What is it? This is a 21-day cardio challenge that will push you to be consistent with your walking, jogging, or running regimen.  This is a challenge, not a competition. Remember the best person to be in competition with is with your self. The key is to challenge self and use each other’s encouragement so we can meet our miles. 

 Why should I do it? To jumpstart or continue to build your health through the distracting but beautiful weather the summer season brings. This challenge will also help feed the less fortunate as 25% of all proceeds will be used to provide canned goods and hygiene supplies to the homeless. 

 When does it start? The 21-day cardio challenge will start on June 17thand end July 7th.
