DROP IT LIKE IT’S HOT

This whole body workout incorporates various exercises to target multiple muscle groups and burn calories. We’ll fire out of the gate with 10 reps for each exercise in the circuit, then 9 reps for each exercise, then 8 reps for each exercise, until you drop it all the way down to only 1 rep for each exercise in the circuit. Can’t wait to see how you drop it like it’s hot!
